Flexible data import options

No two data imports into Osprey are the same – your data is unique to your firm – and this is recognised by the flexibility of our migration routes, which ensures your requirements will be fully satisfied.

When we start talking to you about your implementation, we’ll ask questions such as whether you require a full ledger import, which documents you would like to be migrated, and whether a full conversion is necessary.

Project planning day

On project planning day, you’ll discover how to work with Osprey easily on a daily basis – and we’ll familiarise you with the system as a whole, so that you’re able to undertake everyday tasks at an early stage.

Then, working with our implementation experts, we’ll run through questions such as your office location(s), accounting methods, fee structures, case management settings and more besides.

Full system set up

Our implementation team sets up your firm’s Osprey enabled site and all of the required settings your need, helping to ensure that your implementation runs smoothly.

When we receive your client and financial data it goes through robust checks before being added to your system.

Preparing for ‘go live’

Before your ‘go live’ date, you’ll have access to a training site that mirrors the look, feel and functionality of your Osprey environment.

To ensure all your staff are able to use Osprey from day one, we can implement training plans to take place prior to your firm’s go live date.

On our go-live date, a team of experts from Pracctice arrived to assist our staff across our offices, going desk by desk to ensure everybody knew how to get started.

The Windows 10 desktop app has made onboarding our staff very straightforward and people got going immediately.

Since going live, any questions we’ve had for the support team have been answered promptly and the help webinars have been extremely useful.

High priority support

Our support and training teams will be aware of your go live dates and will be ready to take any calls from your staff, treating them as highest priority. They will be fully briefed about your set up and will understand anything specific to your firm.
