Job Description

Osprey Approach is looking to hire an experienced telemarketing / telesales executive to be brand ambassadors for our business and increase our outbound opportunities.

We provide legal accounting, case, and practice management software to UK law firms of all shapes and sizes, who are looking to digitalise, streamline, and modernise their operations. Our current team of 30 staff develop and deliver software to over 300 firms nationwide and we are one of the most established independent legal CMS providers in the UK.

The Telesales Executive Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Telesales Executive will be responsible for calling legal professionals to communicate our brand message and value propositions. You’ll be responsible for increasing brand awareness and ultimately identifying potential opportunities and booking demonstration meetings for the sales team.

We’re looking for a tenacious and driven individual who can successfully influence and communicate our software offering. You’ll have the ability to effectively handle sales objections, think on your feet, easily adapt your voice, and work well in a target-driven environment.

The role will primarily be focused on outbound calling to build up relationship with leads in your given area and book demonstration meetings, but you’ll also be following up on marketing campaigns, prospect engagement, and incoming enquiries. This means you’ll also have an influence on the marketing collateral and messaging we deliver to ensure both opportunity-generating teams are aligned.

Responsibilities

The B2B Telesales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Representing the Osprey Approach brand to potential clients over the phone
  • Outbound calls to legal professionals
  • Following up marketing campaigns, prospect engagement, and inbound enquiries
  • Identifying potential opportunities to nurture and follow-up
  • Booking software demonstration meetings for our sales team
  • Scheduling meetings, completing detailed call notes, and sending relevant documents and emails to prospects
  • Maintaining, developing, and cleansing your lead data in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Influencing the marketing message and collateral based on your learnings from sales calls
