Sales Director

Nationwide, home based

We are looking for a proven Sales Director with a history of successfully managing a nationwide sales team with an in depth knowledge of selling professional software solutions.  You will work with our sales executives and presentation specialists to grow our UK market share and explore Overseas territories through the creation of a dealership network.

Your primary focus will be to manage your sales team and in doing so meet and exceed team targets. You will not operate your own UK based sales territory and your targets will be in relation to the successful attainment of your teams targets. 

You will provide support to your sales executives and join them for online demonstration and onsite demonstration nationwide.  Working primarily within the legal sector and dealing with senior partners, managing partners and CTO’s knowledge of law and the profession will be advantageous but is not a prerequisite. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage regional sales executives to effectively generate new opportunities
  • Work with the telesales manager to effectively deliver telesales campaigns, measure and report on results of all activities
  • Develop and communicate sales strategy to team and management
  • Align sales strategies with marketing campaigns
  • Complete performance reviews and create Professional Development plans for each member of your team
  • Ensure the business has adequate skills sets and resource to provide an exceptional level of service for potential customers
  • Achieve and exceed all sales targets
  • Using Salesforce further develop internal sales processes and reporting
  • Analyse existing sales processes and business process and identify opportunities to improve performance and measure results of activities
  • Present full sales reports to CEO and MD on a monthly basis
  • Create an overseas dealership network in chosen areas and measure results of activities

In addition you will expected to work with our marketing department and expand our social and digital marketing reach through Twitter and Linked In.  You will provide informative blog pieces and editorials to raise the profile of the company and our products. 

Salary: £100,000 – £160,000

Field Sales Executive

Nationwide, home based

We are recruiting for a proven Field Sales Representative to join our successful nationwide sales team. The ideal candidate will be looking for their second or third professional sales role and ready to join an dynamic team.  You will be selling exciting, cutting edge software solutions and hardware packages into a prestigious professional market.

You will be expected to cultivate, nurture and close new business sales opportunities to meet and exceed performance targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Generating leads from scratch
  • Receiving and managing inbound new business sales enquiries
  • Travelling to meetings to demonstrating various product
  • Working with presentation specialists and other sales executives where appropriate to close opportunities
  • Managing and maintaining a sales pipeline
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Required skills:

  • Previous Field Sales experience in a professional environment
  • Track record of generating sales opportunities and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience within legal/legal software is not required
  • Experience of selling hardware and/or software solutions advantageous

Product Specialist

Nationwide, home based

The Presentation Specialist will work to build relationships with new customers and enhance relationships with existing customers through detailed and comprehensive demonstrations of the product.

You will be working with our sales team and our implementation team to understand our customers’ requirements and how they can get the most out of our suite of products and mobile apps.

With full training you will become the Osprey guru and the “go to” source when it comes to answering pre-sales and implementation related product enquiries. You will review our customer’s business processes and system requirements and use this knowledge to provide a demonstration highlighting key benefits and resolving current pain points.

You will feel at home working and communicating with everyone from Managing Partners to junior staff, from the technically competent to those who are still finding their way with technology. You will be able speak in technical terms but also break this down where necessary to ensure the message resonates with the audience. Your skills will enable you to identify the right approach for your audience ensuring that every demonstration is well received.

Leading product audits will enable you to evaluate how new and existing customers currently utilise technology and you will provide both written reports and visual demonstrations and how adopting new technology or utilising more of existing technology firms will be able to become more efficient and streamlined.

With experience you will contribute to the evaluation of existing products and the generation of ideas for new products. You will work with our sales team and implementation team to develop recommendations regarding new products and updates to existing products and will present these to the management board for consideration.

Key responsibilities:

  • Onsite and Online demonstrations to new and existing customers
  • Seminar and Webinar product presentations
  • Provide input and drive communications to new and existing customers
  • Identify activities to support the implementation of new product features
  • Lead Product Audits
  • Keep up to date with new initiatives, product development, release dates and new products offerings
  • Extensive UK travel, potentially some overseas travel

Required skills:

  • Excellent Business Communicator
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and associated products

Customer Support Executive

This role leverages your existing skills and experience in IT whilst enabling you to develop both cutting-edge knowledge in the delivery of cloud based multi-device applications and specialist understanding of focused legal technology solutions.

As the first point of contact with our clients you will be responsible for managing support calls from assignment to closure, providing on line training and becoming involved in the testing and progression of our new software applications.
