Join the Osprey Approach team as a Compliance, ISO & Finance Coordinator
Job Description
This is a part-time coordination role responsible for supporting business-wide compliance and finance administration. The primary focus of the role is maintaining and supporting Osprey’s ISO management systems, including ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001. The role will ensure that documentation, controls, audit evidence, actions and review cycles are effectively managed and maintained to support ongoing certification. In addition, the role will provide light-touch finance administration support, acting as the internal coordinator between the business and outsourced finance provider.
Responsibilities
ISO & Compliance Management (Primary Focus)
- Administer and maintain documentation, workflows and evidence for ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001
- Support the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the integrated management system
- Act as internal coordinator for ISO audits, including preparation, evidence gathering, audit support and post-audit actions
- Maintain document control processes, ensuring all policies, procedures and records are accurate, up to date and version controlled
- Track and manage non-conformities, corrective actions and improvement activities through to completion
- Coordinate internal audits and support preparation for external certification and surveillance audits
- Support management review processes by collating reports, action logs and relevant compliance data
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather required documentation and ensure compliance obligations are met
- Ensure compliance registers, risk logs and supporting documentation are maintained and regularly reviewed
- Monitor deadlines and ensure all compliance activities are completed within required timeframes
- Identify gaps or risks in compliance processes and escalate where required
- Support the ongoing development and improvement of compliance documentation, templates and processes
Finance Administration (Secondary)
- Act as the internal liaison with the outsourced finance team
- Support internal finance processes and ensure actions are coordinated effectively
- Chase outstanding payments from clients in line with existing credit control policies
- Process FastPay adjustments monthly and perform reconciliation using internal tools
- Set up new suppliers and ensure billing details are configured correctly
- Track supplier notice periods and support supplier reviews
- Support budget coordination, including tracking and follow-ups with departments
- Assist with expenses processing in line with company policy
- Support finance-related onboarding tasks, such as invoicing new clients and updating agreements
Skills Required
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience supporting ISO frameworks, audits or compliance processes
- Experience with ISO 27001, ISO 14001 or ISO 9001 is highly desirable
- Experience in finance administration or working with outsourced finance teams is beneficial
- Strong documentation and process management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a part-time working schedule
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise across teams
