A faster and more efficient way of managing property searches with updated SearchFlow integration
We are delighted to announce the availability of our updated integration with SearchFlow, the UK’s leading search provider. Farnworth Rose Solicitors, long-standing Osprey customers, are the first to benefit from this enhanced integration and have been experiencing daily efficiencies already.
The integration enables property lawyers to seamlessly order and manage residential and commercial conveyancing searches, reports and submissions from the UK’s leading search provider within the cloud-based case management system.
This not only reduces the time spent on the process, but ensures overall compliance by completing and documenting everything in one system.
The integration, which was originally initiated by Farnworth Rose, provides its property team with a faster and more efficient way of managing property searches and due diligence reports requirements, as well as company searches and access to Lawyer Checker, all from within a single dashboard.

Via the integration, customers can set up their most used products and bundles for easier, faster ordering. Crucially, all items ordered via SearchFlow are automatically listed in the Osprey Approach Ledger, meaning nothing is missed.
Search results are then automatically saved to the matter history and fee earners are notified by email as searches are returned, to ensure they can quickly respond and avoid delays.
