Based in York, Pavilion Row are a well-established, private client legal practice specialising in Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration.

Since 2016, Pavilion Row have been using Osprey Approach to manage their firm. The rich functionality within Osprey assists their experienced team in providing a fully personalised experience for all of their clients.

Sometimes when you’re restricted to a couple of days training it’s hard to implement. The training with Osprey is all included and we can fit it around our working day.

Osprey’s all inclusive training and support has been an important part of the successful implementation at the firm. Along with the standard implementation process, team members have taken additional training to help them tailor the software to their own needs. This has enabled them to make Osprey an essential part of their efficient business processes.

It’s really clear where we are in the process of a matter and it’s easy to keep on top of it. We know exactly where we’re at during our weekly meetings. It just helps – a lot!
